If you have a 2FA code, but it isn’t working, please double-check that you’re using a code from a supported authenticator app on your phone, and that the code is associated with an account labeled as Upfort in the authenticator app. If this isn’t the case, you may be using a code associated with another account.
If that still doesn’t work, please contact your organization’s Upfort administrator - they can reset the 2FA requirement on your account for you.
- This will allow you to log in once without a 2FA code so that you can get that set up
- Your Administrator can do this from their Administrator Dashboard’s Users page (see the final section below)
How to Reset a User's 2 Factor Authentication
First, log in to your Administrator Dashboard and navigate to your Users page:

Find the user in question, and click the “three dots” button on the right-hand side of their entry in the list, then click “Reset 2FA”:
This will allow them to log in one time without a 2FA code so that they can set up 2FA for their account.
