Cyber University courses are able to be toggled on/off in the Cyber University section of your Admin Portal. First, you just need to toggle on Cyber University by clicking the toggle in the top right (see below).
This will then toggle on all of the Cyber University courses. If you only want your users to take certain courses, you can toggle off all unwanted courses using the toggle button on the right-hand side of each course. You'll see this will grey them out (see below)
As soon as you have activated Cyber University, your Users will be able to complete the active courses through their Training Portals.
If you would like to prompt your Users to complete training, you can head to the Workforce tab, and click Send Reminders. Then with only "Incomplete Trainings" selected you can click send to notify all users with incomplete trainings to log in and complete their courses.
