How can I activate this?
You can activate Inbox Defender version two by heading to the Inbox Defender tab in your Upfort Admin portal. There are full guides for installation for both Microsoft and Google.

Do all of my users need to update their Inbox Defender?
No, only one account admin needs to go through the Inbox Defender setup process. As the new Inbox Defender is server-based, once it's activated all inboxes in your workspace will be protected.
What will the new version of Inbox Defender look like for me?
When an email is scanned by Upfort's Inbox Defender that is considered potentially malicious, a flag will be stamped on the top of the email to notify you of the potential danger and with advise for the next steps. You can see multiple examples of these warning banners in this article.
