You can follow the steps below to activate your Inbox Defender:
- First, head to the Inbox Defender prompts on your Upfort Home Dashboard.
- Once you click on "Activate Email Protection", you'll see the Mailbox access request pop up.
- Once you select your provider (Google or Microsoft), you'll just need to authenticate using your login credentials for the relevant provider.
- Once you have clicked "Continue" or "Accept" and your service is authenticated, you'll see the Email Protection marked as Active in the Online Safety Report on the right of your Upfort Home Dashboard.
- Your inbox is now being defended against malicious emails! Any malicious email received will be flagged by the Inbox Defender. You can see some example Inbox Defender flags here: Inbox Defender Warning Banners
