After binding or renewing cyber insurance with one of our carrier partners, you may have received an email about setting up your Upfort Shield account or been told by your broker to do so.
You will see it is a quick process that should only take a few minutes.
- To get started, navigate to the activation page. On this page, you will enter your activation code. After reviewing and agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you can select "Activate Shield" to create your account.
- You will then be prompted to enter your information or to confirm that the pre-filled information is correct.
- A confirmation email will be sent to verify the address you just entered.
- Once you have verified your email address, you'll be directed through to the main login page. For login guidance, see Passwordless Login Process - Admin Portal
- Once logged in, you'll see the "Welcome to Upfort" message
- Clicking on Start Setup will then open the Overview page of the Upfort Admin Portal for you, which has a handy checklist to get all of your tools set up.
