It is recommended that your team regularly take cybersecurity trainings to remain up to date with common tactics of cyber criminals.
Once you have indicated to your team to take the trainings listed on Shield, you can see their progress on the Overview page of your Administrator dashboard.
You can also view your user's training progress on the Cyber University tab. You can either view your users' completion progress course by course:
