This article will guide you through how to view the simulation that your user received. This is useful for confirming if an email was sent by Upfort or if it is a real Phishing attempt, or if you would just like to take a closer look at a user's performance in the simulations.
First, you'll need to locate the Workforce Report page on your Upfort Admin Portal.
You'll need to open the Risk Reports tab, and then click on Workforce.
Once you reach the Workforce tab, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Phishing Simulation User Behaviour section.
Clicking on the blue arrows will open up a more in-depth look at the Phishing Results.
You can see the performance of your whole team over the last 6 months in this graph, and below, you can find more information about each simulation. You can sort by alphabetical order here, or by the "Worst Action Performed".
Changing the desired results on the graph above will affect the simulations presented in this table.
If you want to narrow down to one user, you can use the search bar above the results table. This will present all of the simulations received by a user in the desired timeframe. You can adjust this timeframe by selecting the dropdown above the search bar.
Clicking on "EMPLOYEE REPORT" will take you through to a page where you can drill down into the performance of that individual user.
Scrolling down will allow you to confirm the date that the simulation was sent, their results, the worst action taken, and the email template that was received. This is the best way to confirm if an email was a simulation or a real phishing email.
