The My Account page allows you to manage your personal details, account security, and protection settings.
Below is a breakdown of each section.
Subscription
If you purchased Upfort Home directly (not through a partner), you’ll see your active subscription details at the top of the page.
This includes your payment amount, billing frequency, and the date of your next payment.
Cancel Subscription: You will also see a link to cancel your subscription.
Canceling will stop future renewals, but your current paid period will remain active.
Users who received Home through a partner or via an invite will not see this option.
Account Details
You can update your first name and last name.
Click Save to apply changes.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account.
To set it up:
- Click Set up 2FA.
- Follow the instructions to install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).
- Scan the QR code or enter the setup key manually.
- Enter the verification code from your app and confirm.
Once enabled, you’ll see a confirmation notification.
Protection Toggles
You can manage your security features directly from the My Account page. Toggles allow you to enable or disable protections:
Web Protection: Blocks malicious websites and suspicious downloads.
Email Protection: Scans emails for phishing and malicious attachments.
Identity Monitoring: Monitors the dark web for leaked personal data.
Note: If you turn off protections here, they will also appear as disabled on your dashboard. Disabling a feature does not uninstall it from your device (e.g. Browser Firewall)
Notifications
Each time you enable or disable a protection, you’ll see a confirmation notification so you know the action was applied.
