The Perimeter Report is set up to detect the version number of each relevant piece of software operating on the domain. When patching, some users prefer to run a backpatch/backport to the software, which does not update the visible version number.
Because of this, our scans can sometimes struggle to detect the security updates that have been taken, if the version has not been updated fully.
