If a user is not able to enter their 2FA code when instructed to log in to their Upfort Shield account, either because they don't have access to the code in the authenticator app or because they're running into an error, you can reset their account's authentication from the Admin portal.
How to Reset a User's 2-Factor Authentication
First, log in to your Administrator Dashboard and navigate to your Users page:

Find the user in question, and click the “three dots” button on the right-hand side of their entry in the list, then click “Reset 2FA”:
Once the user refreshes their browser, and logs in again, they will now be able to get their 2FA set up as new.
