You can send through reminder emails to your team to make sure they're engaging with Upfort Shield. You can trigger reminders for users who are in any of these three categories:
- Inactive User
- Browser Protection Not Active
- Incomplete Trainings
To send a reminder, you just need to head over to the Workforce tab, nested under Risk Reports, in your Upfort Admin Portal.
Once you're in the Workforce tab, you just need to click on Send Reminders, which will open up the screen below.
From here, you can select the user criteria you would like to use to send out reminders.
You can also send reminders to multiple categories, so if you want to send out a reminder to all users who have not activated yet and all users who have incomplete training courses, you just need to check those two boxes and then click on Send.
