If a user is inactive, meaning they have not opened a webpage for Browser Firewall to scan, for 4 days then the Browser Firewall will show as inactive in their Training Portal and on the Users tab of the Admin Portal.
This ensures that you have the most accurate and up-to-date information, allowing you to verify that users are actively utilizing the tool. Additionally, it helps users to identify if they are not actively using the Browser Firewall, meaning they can install it on other browsers if needed.
To reactivate the Browser Firewall, users will just need to:
- Head up to their Browser Extension menu
- Select Upfort Browser Firewall
- Log out of the extension
- Log back in to reactivate
This will then show a green check mark and update the "Last Used" date to today in the Training and Admin portals.
