It is crucial to not only implement a security program for your team, but also to ensure that they are benefiting as much as possible from it.
The first place to check how your team is doing is your Overview page in your Upfort Admin Portal. This is where you'll find your employee statistics, which will give you details such as who has finished the training courses and who has failed phishing simulations in the last 90 days (if simulations are active).

The Users tab is also a great place to get an overall view of your team's progress. You can sort users by a specific identifier to see users who are either using Shield correctly or not up to your expectations.
Alternatively, under the "Risk Reports" tab, selecting the "Workforce" report will show an overall Cyber Readiness Level for the entire group, as well as an overview of the company's current protection and training completion. This can also be downloaded as a PDF. Utilize the "Improving Readiness" carousel to see the actions you can take to improve your cyber readiness level.
