Points are a fun way to encourage users to get more familiar with the Upfort products, take trainings, flag phishing emails, and generally become more cyber aware and cyber safe.
You can see your running points total in your Employee Portal: https://app.upfort.com/employee/dashboard

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Some of the features mentioned don't show up for me. Why is that?
Some features may not be turned on by your System Admin so they may not be visible for you to use or to enable. Speak with your administrator if you see features that you want to be using. Some features may also be sunset (i.e. password manager or cross-site scripting blocker) and only appear for older companies that used to have it enabled.
2. I am the System Administrator, where can I see people's points totals?
This is available under the Admin Dashboard > Users (side menu). The score will be the left most column:
3. When do the points expire or reset?
Most points do not expire. However, trainings reset after 12 months and phishing resets after 3 months. So you will see a drop in points sometimes, that is normal. Keep doing all the good things to continue to grow your balance year-over-year.
4. What do the points get me?
Right now it's just bragging rights amongst your fellow coworkers. However, in the future we may add a points redemption scheme for swag, raffles, or something else. Stay tuned!
5. My points total doesn't look right, what can I do?
Please reach out to Support and we have a way of double-checking your progress and help re-calculate your total. contact@upfort.com or via phone or chat on our website.
6. What is the maximum points total possible for a first time user?
This is hard to say because of the various features that an admin can enable for your company and the number of training modules that are made available, but we generally say that anyone above 170 points is doing excellent.
7. What are the different levels and do they mean anything?
As you increase your learning and Upfort Shield usage, your points total will go up and you will go through these levels: Bronze > Silver > Gold > Diamond. Once you're at Diamond, consider yourself a very proficient user of the system and you can probably show others a thing or two.
8. How can I see how I am doing against other people at my company?
When you go to your Employee Portal: https://app.upfort.com/employee/dashboard, click My Profile in the upper-right:
Then just scroll down and you will see a short Leaderboard:
If you don't see yourself here, your Admin will have access to the full list from their Users page.
